Callisto on-premise 22-08-04 minor release

Callisto 22-08-0412 addresses a bug in the Security Analyst dashboard which causes it to fail to render. A critical update added to the Microsoft Update catalog August 2, 2022, update for Office 2013 (KB5002250) (microsoft.com) contained no data when published, we expect the update metadata to be non-null, and so this caused an exception. We have updated our handling of this scenario and also added more detailed logging of our update and CVE lookup processes to help with troubleshooting this kind of event in the future. Customers need only install this version if affected by this issue.
